Presenting concern:
This patient presented to us in 2018 with cracked, stained and leaking restorations. Her teeth were sensitive.The patient was found to have a history of reflux and cracked teeth. She wanted long-term protection of her teeth.

Treatment done:
This patient was evaluated comprehensively. She was recommended crowns for her back teeth. The reflux had caused wear on the palatal surfaces of the upper teeth. The patient was restored with partial and full-coverage ceramic crowns on the back teeth and composite restorations on the palatal surface of her upper front teeth.

Treatment outcome:
The patient was very happy with the outcome of her treatment. She no longer experiences sensitivity and feels secure about the condition of her dentition. Her dental condition is now stable and she presents to us for reviews on a regular basis.
