FMR Case 1 RC
This patient presented to us 3 years ago with multiple problems which included decay, chipping teeth, missing teeth and infection in his back tooth.
FMR Case 2 PC
This patient presented to us complaining of short and discoloured teeth. She has had a history of orthodontic work and is conscious of showing her teeth when she smiles as she feels they are quite short and dark.
FMR Case 3 RH
This patient presented to in 2009 with a request to get some crowns as he was advised by his dentist to have them done. His teeth had been deteriorating excessively.
FMR Case 4 BA
This patient presented to us complaining of multiple missing teeth and requested a fixed replacement. He had a secondary complaint of the lower jawbone being worn.
