SI Case 4 GG

Presenting concern:
This patient presented to us in 2016 complaining of an upper right implant crown that was chipped. This crown was cemented many years ago. It was decided to remake the crown as the old crown was unsalvageable.

Treatment done:
A new crown was fabricated matching up with her other teeth and restorations. Additional steps were taken to ensure that the angulation of the implant (which was inserted facing the lip) was corrected using angulated abutments. The final implant crown was inserted using a cement-on method.

Treatment Outcome:
The patient was very happy with the outcome of treatment and is thrilled with the appearance of her new crown.
